Положение диплома «Международный День Радио»
Для получения диплома WRD, учрежденного ГС ВРЛ в честь празднования Международного дня радио, который 13 февраля ежегодно отмечается ЮНЕСКО, необходимо 13 февраля 2017 года с 00:00 по 23:59 UTC провести радиосвязи на любых диапазонах, любыми видами излучения не менее чем с 5 (пятью) клубными радиостанциями Украины, список которых приведен ниже:

Для станций за пределами Европы необходимо провести не менее 2 (два) QSO.
Наблюдателям необходимо провести пять полных наблюдений.
Заявки в формате Cabrillo или в виде выписки из аппаратного журнала, подготовленного в любом текстовом редакторе или процессоре, отправлять прикрепленным файлом на адрес: (vrl_award(at)ukr.net) vrl_award@ukr.net до 30 апреля 2017 года.
В окне “тема” должен быть указан позывной и буквы WRD, прикрепленный файл-заявка должен иметь в названии позывной заявителя. В шапке файла-заявки обязательно указать имя и электронный адрес.
Дипломы высылаются в электронном виде.
Diploma «World Radio Day»
February 13 each year the United Nations Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) celebrates World Radio Day by planning activities with broadcasters, organizations and communities around the world.
In this case, Ukrainian Amateur Radio League (ГС ВРЛ) issued amateur award «WRD» offers the activity radioamateur comunications.
For the receipt of diploma it is necessary on February, 13, 2017 from 00:00 to 23:59 UTC to have no less than 5 (five) by any band and any mode QSOs with the HAM stations from Ukraine, mentioned below.

For the HAM stations outside Europe it is needed to have even 2 QSO.
SWL has to collect no less than 5 observation on the terms indicated higher.
A request on a diploma leaves an electronic letter with the fastened file of request and pointing in the theme of letter of the call-sign and word«WDR», for example: «uy5ig wdr».
File of request with expansion «.txt» or «.doc» prepares in any text editor, and also can be executed in the formats of Cabrillo or another, with the obligatory pointing call-sign, name and electronic address which a diploma must be sent on. The name of the fastened file with a request must be a call-sign declarant, for example: uy5ig.cbr, us3iiz.txt etc.
